Golf for Life
Golf for Life is raising funds for the American Cancer Society and the Salsich-Hoehn Foundation to promote the awareness of Ovarian Cancer. September is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month. Our goal is to raise awareness about ovarian cancer, to promote education about this deadly disease, and to directly support women affected by this silent killer. By raising awareness we hope to improve the overall survival rate and quality of life for women with ovarian cancer.

Tee Time

Green Hills Golf Club Shotgun start 8:00am or 1:00pm
Entry Fee: $90 per person or $360 per team
19th Hole Celebration!
You do not have to golf in the tournament in order to attend the 19th hold celebration at Green Hills Golf Club!
- Dinner 6:00pm – 8:00pm
- Music 7:00-11:00pm

Sponsorships and Donations Still Needed
Corporate Sponsorship:
- Platinum $1000. Your organization’s logo will appear on the Tournament Platinum Banner. You will have hole sponsorship signs located at three tee boxes. You will be allowed a 4-person team in the tournament and 4 tickets to the 19th Hole Celebration. Donors at this level will also be recognized prominently in the all event publicity.
- Gold $600. Your organization’s name will be listed on our tournament’s banner. You will have hole sponsorship signs located at 2 tee boxes. You will be allowed 4-person team in the tournament and 2 tickets to the 19th Hole Celebration.
- Silver $450. You will be allowed a 4-person team and a hole sponsorship sign at one tee box.
- Hole Sponsorship: $150. Your organization will be recognized at a tee box.
- Entry Fee: $90/person. Includes 18 holes, cart, lunch, beverages, and door prizes.

Goodie Bag items- tees, balls, markers- you name it; Contest Prizes and Giveaways
Prizes awarded for: best score, longest drive, closest to pin, longest putt, highest score, and many more…
